Securing Your Talent Pipeline Today, Preparing for Tomorrow

The accelerating nursing shortage is well documented. 500,000 nurses are forecasted to retire from the workforce in the next few years, with 1.1 million needed to fill the ensuing and growing gap.

The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated the issues facing an imperiled industry. Hospital units overflowed and scrambled to meet the need, burning through budgets paying the premium rates of staffing agencies or mandated overtime, and burning out clinical staff, who bear the burden of the toll.

All communication and pricing is transparent and direct. Matchwell donates a vaccine with every match.
 
Matchwell’s founder and CEO, Robert Crowe, states:
 
“I was a 20 year staffing veteran when I realized I was on the wrong team. We were making our profits in the margin between facility bill rates and clinician pay rates. There was always a loser in the equation, and it was rarely the agency. When healthcare organizations everywhere are hurting for staff, agencies have the upper hand in pricing conversations. So, I left and founded Matchwell. As it turns out, everybody wins when you remove the middleman.”
