Connect With Candidates On-The-Go

Let’s face it; we live in a time where everything seems to be on the go. Our kids can watch movies from the back seat of our cars, we can transfer money with our cell phones, and even book a flight as we’re walking into the airport. Rarely do you have to wait to get home, or to work, to complete everyday tasks. However, juggling our lives this way isn’t always perfect. Think about how many times you’ve been out and something that catches your interest. You’ve probably thought to yourself, “Oh, I’ll have to remember to check that out later”. Many times that follow-up never happens, and you miss an opportunity that could have been great. That same situation happens all the time in the job seeker world. Wouldn’t it be great if your recruitment strategy could capture a candidate’s interest when they are most engaged in your company or open position? You can with a text recruitment campaign. The idea is pretty simple, you advertise your positions and offer a place where candidates can send a text message to inquire about more information. Interested candidates can a text message and they are automatically forwarded more information about your company and job opportunities. They can follow-up with that information when the time is right for them; and now you have opened up a line of communication with a candidate you may never have had the chance to connect with otherwise. And you can advertise your campaign just about anywhere. You can put signs up in your facilities display it on a billboard, or print it on any collateral your patients and clients may be receiving from you. This offers candidates a quick and easy way to gather employment information in a format they are very comfortable using. What could be more simple than that?
