Broward Health North Broward Medical Center Salutes Lyn Clark for Her Visionary Marketing Campaigns

Broward Health North Broward Medical Center (NBMC) is proud to have Lyn Clark as its regional manager of marketing and community relations. During her tenure at Broward Health, Clark has launched numerous marketing campaigns that have earned her and Broward Health significant recognition. Most notable is MAMMO-PALOOZA.
Four years ago, Clark envisioned setting a goal to complete the number of mammograms the NBMC radiology department does in a month in a week’s time to recognize October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In that moment, MAMMO-PALOOZA was born. The first year, NBMC set the goal of 250 mammograms. NBMC surpassed its goal by completing 350.
Now in its third year, MAMMO-PALOOZA has gone systemwide throughout Broward Health, and 2011 saw a goal of 1,300 mammograms.
Clark is also the creator of Seniors Got Talent, a talent show for those over 65, which premiered in July 2010. It was a competition to promote dancing, singing, playing an instrument and any other activities as a way to increase “brain fitness.”
“Lyn is one of the most-creative people I know,” said Pauline Grant, CEO of NBMC. “North Broward Medical Center is proud to have her as our marketing leader.”
